What happens if a QR code is damaged, lost, or moved to another room?
Our QR codes are designed for flexibility. Each code is a general link to your hotel's menu, not tied to a specific room. This means that even if a QR code is misplaced or moved, it will never result in an order being sent to the wrong room. Guests are simply prompted to enter their room number before finalizing their order, ensuring complete accuracy.

Orders are received instantly. When a guest places an order, it immediately appears on our live Order Viewer dashboard, which can be run on any tablet or computer in your kitchen.
